A GRASANY COMPANY · ABOUT CODELENS

Understand the scope.
Then make the decision.

CodeLens helps explain a codebase rebuild scenario and is being developed for evidence-backed website and public-repository audits. The estimate and the audit answer different questions; neither is a valuation or a legal compliance certificate.

Available now: the free rebuild estimator.

No account, membership or payment is required. Source is read locally in your browser when you select files. Results retain aggregate counts, not source content or file paths.

What an estimate can tell you

Explore an engineering-hours and USD cost range using meaningful source lines, testing and branching signals, and your editable rate assumptions. It cannot determine business value, exhaustive security, test coverage or undocumented requirements.

Audit pricing and availability

Proposed per-audit prices are $0.10 for a focused Micro snapshot and $0.25 for a broader bounded Full scope. These are not purchasable offers today. Checkout, paid execution, email report delivery and account workspaces remain unavailable pending verified activation.

There is no subscription charge and no payment is collected by the public estimator. Final paid scope, currency conversion and refund terms must be disclosed before any checkout becomes available.

Your code stays local

The estimator does not upload source, store it on our server, send it to analytics or use it for training. Common secret filenames and generated files are excluded, but the filename filter is not a secret scanner. Secrets embedded in otherwise eligible source may be read locally. Clear or reload to discard results.

Reports, not ratings

Planned audits document observations, evidence, limitations and follow-up actions. A missing signal is not proof of noncompliance, and a clean snapshot is not a guarantee of safety. Third-party reputation and breach checks are separate follow-ups unless explicitly verified.
